Our Broad Objectives

Objective 1 - Women & Youth Engagement

Goal: Strengthen women and female youth engagement in sustainable community empowerment for long-term poverty reduction through PICD and Community Conversations.

  • Promote the well-being of the girl child at all levels of society.
  • Mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS among vulnerable populations in Western Kenya.
  • Improve social enterprising among women groups and marginalized families.

Objective 2 - WATSAN Capacity Building

Goal: Build capacities of CBOs and self-help groups to enhance appropriate technologies in Water Sanitation and Hygiene at household level.

  • Promote health and well-being in urban slums through appropriate water and sanitation technologies.
  • Enhance WASH campaigns among communities along Lake Victoria.
  • Promote community dialogues across age, ethnicity, ability, sex, belief, and political affiliation.

Objective 3 - Partnerships for Livelihoods

Goal: Establish partnerships, linkages, and networking with stakeholders to improve livelihoods of under-served communities.

  • Mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS among vulnerable populations in Western Kenya.
  • Improve social enterprising among women groups and marginalized families for sustainable growth.
